This November I did my usual dive into Christmas reading and Christmas watching. There is just something undeniably awesome about Christmas romances! Since I can’t always just tune into Hallmark, I dive into novellas. Ebook novellas are a favorite! Plus it is kind of fun creating the visual for the characters in your own mind. Today, I would love to share I’ll Be Home For Christmas by Tina Radcliffe.
I was expecting I’ll Be Home For Christmas to be a bit more Christmas filled because of the title, but frankly it was a read that could go in any season and that is a positive! The two man characters Patience (oh you know she is in for it with that name) and Matt have very different ideas on what makes a happy ever after or if it is even something a person should pursue. Both have some learning and growing ahead. I enjoyed the interactions between Patience and Matt and also Matt’s friends. There were some serious moments but also quite a bit of lighthearted cheer.
I won’t spoil the conclusion, but I will say I enjoyed getting there and frankly would have been happy to buckle in for more!
PS – Although I am linking the links are at this time not part of any Amazon affiliate program. This novella is nicely priced at 99 cents, and I think it is also part of Amazon’s Kindle Unlimited program.
PSS – While you are here, get to know Tina Radcliffe, she is one of the generous with authors at Seekerville which is one of my favorite places to visit for writing tips! She is also generous to her readers. Although I already owned it, I saw that she offered I’ll Be Home For Christmas to her newsletter subscribers for free earlier this month. How cool is that?
